Report: Principal Tried ‘Magic' To Cure School

Submitted by Quantum Inspirations, Aug 10, 2007 07:34

I heard about this article and considered the sepration of "church and state" statement previous to mine.

The separation should be first and foremost as religious practices on all levels should be kept out of all state affairs, including the schooling of children.

Religion is a choice - however when grown adults make a "choice" to gather and practice their religion - not involving the children directly - as what happened in this situation - that should be something to be taken into consideration.

Taking into consider our children are forced to say their Pledge of Allegiance every day in the schools - the statement "Under God" is a forced religious statement - as not all religions believe in "God" - keeping in mind children are very influencial. Could this be considered "brainwashing" using a daily ritual?

So, I ask the judges; "why is it okay to persecute this religious practitioner - yet - no children were influenced by the actions?"

In my humble opinion these actions are by and far way less of a crime than embedding our Christian Nation's interpertation of a higher power "Under God" into the daily rituals of students nationwide.

Thank you for taking the time to read my input on this subject.
