Nice reply. Author obviously doesn't follow the NBA nor the Dallas Mavericks. The author should have done some research on the coaching win percentages in the playoffs. It appears to me that having a winning record in the playoffs is a good thing. Comparing Dirk and Boozer was terrible as well. Both have completely different playing styles. I guess anytime a new assistant coach is hired means the head coach is on the way out the door.
