There seems to be a logical confusion in your analysis. You characterize Obama, and those who agree with him, as "antiwar" (and yes, they are against the Iraq War), but then somehow slip into a discussion of terrorism, and whether people take it seriously on not.

Obviously Obama, and all of the Democrats, have taken seriously the struggle against the terrorists. In fact they have argued for years that our focus, including military, should be against those terrorists rather than on the bizarre distraction of the Iraq War. There was not much new in Obama's statement, except for the specificity of actually going into Pakistan without Musharrafs approval, if necessary.
