I tried washing my feet in a basin. I got the water drip on the floor as I lifted each foot over. (I shook it hard and tried to eliminate as much drip as possible) Next, I washed each foot in a foot bath which was a floor level. Again, I had to left each foot out and again I got the floor drip. Either way, you put your foot in and you take your foot out. Result: drip. As a mother of two,. I've had considerable experience with drips.

Muslim prayers notwithstanding, the simple solution is to keep the University bathroom sinks as they have always been and put a note on the wall which directs the user to the paper towels and ask them to kindly catch all drips as they occur.
