It appears to me that Hillary's mostly "acting presideltial"; showing that she can beard the tigers in the Pentagon with style, grace, and determination. Problem is, she's not cognizant of the possible consequences -- or she is and doesn't care -- that what she's demanding will boost the morale of Islamofascist enemies. Political posturing for her place in the pack; "See, I'm more than capable of being the alpha female."
