Wimbledon Needs Another Borg, and Roger Isn't It

The only reason why Nadal made the finals in the first place was because Youzhny got a back injury and you fail to mention that part.Remember your boy Nadal was being crushed and was down 2 sets when the Russian got his back injury again;you know the one he had prior to Roland Garros?
Berdych is average on every other surface but Hard court;once again it seems details don't matter to you and Berdych is the type of player who needs time to set his shots up and with the wind and Nadal given a pass to face Tomas he jumped all over Berdych.
I'm kind of surprised at the fact that you didn't mention the perennial choker of them all James Blake as potential winner at Wimbledon.Chocking! Richard Gasquet;you know the one with "the pretty game and shaky confidence" will win a Slam way before Blake does if he ever does win one.Blake's record in 5 set matches has got to be the worse in the history of the ATP but that doesn't mean you and your likes won't stop hyping him;time and again.
I suggest Mr Perrotta, that you spend time bashing the USTA for the kind of players they produce who STINK on clay (0-9) at Roland Garros. I suggest you plead with them to send the kids away so that they can actually learn the fundamentals of tennis;you know in broken english learn how to construct points from every part of the tennis court instead of relying on a huge serve like your countrymen because let's face it big serves don't win you Slam.Neither Federer nor Rafael Nadal have huge serves but placement;footwork;speed; point construction;great defense and offense;drop shots;volleys;one handed slices are what they rely on to CRUSH americans.
Don't be proud in the facts that Blake can't make it past the Quarters at the USO alone when they are 3 other slams on 3 other surfaces and his 0-9 in 5 set matches.
Don't be proud of Andy Roddick who once you take away his serves (now trying to become a Pete Sampras wannabe and fails miserably no matter how good Connors might be as a coach) is nothing more than an average player with an average return of serves when facing players with better tennis techniques when returning his serves and thus crushing him a la Federer;Murray and Haas.
Mardy Fish;Robert Kendrick;Justin Gimelstob and nothing but nobodies and the newly hyped "savior of american tennis" Sam Querrey will be as bad as the others with his poor footwork and weak return of serves;his lack of tennis knowledge is flagrant already.
With all the money and resources the USTA has, much of the players come from Europe with fundamentals of tennis already being taught to them overseas and just go to the US: Vaidisova, Jankovic;etc...
Tennis Australia has signed a deal with the French Tennis Federation so that they can send clay court coaches teach australians how to play well and transmit their techniques on all surfaces;they are ahead of you already when taking matters in their own hands.
Get a clue unless the USTA does something and fast;the ratings will be non-existant while tennis in Europe;South America and Asia will continue to thrive with the success of players while american players will continue to STINK on the big stages of tennis and one more thing;tennis doesn't revolve anymore around the united states anymore and NEVER will.
As for Roger Federer,I am glad he's not turning into someone he isn't Roddick/Sampras) and doesn't care about pleasing people but he's focussed on getting more slams nothing else;I suggest you focus on your countrymen and women because had it not been for Venus and Serena;you would have no players worth talking about.
