The 2 flacks for Rudy leave out that at the end of his 8 years in office, there were more City employees than when he started. They leave out that he signed sweetheart contracts with unions when he ran for re-election. They leave out that he left Mayor Bloomberg with a bigger deficit than Dinkins left Rudy with.
