"The only way we can cure problems in Urban America is to clean up the gang, drug, fraud and reluctance to work, problems. As long as some young person can make more money selling drugs, or engaging in criminal acts, he/she won't be willing to work. Installing high ethnical standards in a person isn't an easy task, i.e., " Why should I buy a TV if I can steal one for free?" The only way to clean up urban America is to provide education, jobs, law and order and to downsize Federal and State government bureaucracy that has become a burden on the American worker/taxpayer."
