In Chicago, Alleged Hamas Operative Receives 21-Month Sentence

Submitted by Duston Barto, Jul 16, 2007 13:18

I think the NY Sun-Times should print a retraction for using the expression "Alleged Hamas Operative" since Mr. Salah was aquitted of all charges relating to terrorism earlier this year. The United States Government failed to prove its case that Muhammad Salah was involved with Hamas in any way shape or form.

The continued use of the expression "Alleged Hamas Operative" in conjunction with Muhammad Salah's name is amount to Libel and is a criminal act. I will be forwarding this article to his attorney and reccomending legal action.
