Consensus Elusive on Alternative Minimum Tax

I do considerable tax planning with my clients and I am shocked and upset by the number of clients that are faced with this tax. I feel sorry of the number of American's who will be surprised by amount owing of additional $2,000 to $3,000 in April 2008 if nothing is changed
