"According to a report in a weekly Queens and Brooklyn newspaper, the Times Newsweekly, Mr. Gallagher was accused by a Democratic candidate running against him in the 2001 council race of selling pornography out of a high school, a charge Mr. Gallagher denied."

Christ the King High School was raided in 1999 or 2000 after parents complained about the porn being distributed by NiceBid, the company that Gallagher and his brothers were running out of an office there. Ognibene is a head honcho there. Check CBS news reports. Marcia Kramer did the story.
