Wal-Mart Edges Toward Settlement Of Biggest Sex-Discrimination Case

Submitted by pam, Jul 5, 2007 22:21

i am a wal-mart employee and i totally agree with the women leading this case. we work ourselves to the bone every day of the year for a measly 40 cent raise at best . we have to fight to even get recognized and get respect from our male managers. they have a habit of not listening or recoginizing our hard work, but are quick to find our faults and mistakes we make in a day. i sincerely hope that this lawsuit is taken seriously and all jobs realize that without women a lot of things will not get done. i also seriously hope that it does not get appealed because then we women will just come back twice as hard and fierce.
