Here we go again, about to swing from one extreme to another. From those who understand the value of motivation, to those who don't have a clue. Fanatics on the right and left keep jerking us around to further their own objectives while the unglamourous middle-roaders manage to somehow keep us roughly on course. Where is the educated and informed public that our system depends on? Perhaps more to the point, where are the other educators and information providers when we need them? Your article is enlightening but it's like a voice crying out in the wilderness.
