I am just curious as to whether Hillary said this also in a black accent like she has done previously? She just insults peoples intelligence by pandering to their own ignorance. It has been cited numerous times in the past that the Black family used to be a very conservative more so than whites back in the 50's. Getting back to basics and controlling behavior would be a good start for all races afflicted by HIV/AIDS. Bill Cosby has been attacked for speaking about responsibility and trying to stem the tide of the moral decline of the Black community. The Democratic party and the likes of Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson do not want Blacks to do well because they would be irrelevant. Professor Walter Williams has a great article called Do People Care that you could parallel to this one . As an American and a Christian I hope for the best of everybody. I don't envy successful people because typically people that are work hard to get there. I know circumstance and background play an important role too, but whining never gets you anywhere. Putting your faith in a politician is not the answer either. With all the money thrown at Great Society programs, are we any better off? No we are not, we have declined steadily due to reliance on Government. How about coming back to Christ and rebuilding families? That is a win win solution.
