Mrs. Clinton is never at a loss to demonstrate her delusion based demogoguery. Someone should simply point out to her that 25-35% of white women don't and 25-35 % of black women do. Period. Dealing with that as a reality required a long look in the present conditions that may foster the problem, instead of speculating about mythical hypothetical situations, and then slamming the blame on another part of humanity. Blacks have choices and they are responsible for the choices they make just as are whites. To acknowledge this is to assert freedom of the human soul; so deny it is to hold people captive eternally -- or, until they get sick and tired of being seen as unequally capable of exerting some responsibility over their own life. And no, more "education" doesn't necessarily make a difference either.
