Bush Calls a Halt to Jailing of Libby

Submitted by Dan, Jul 3, 2007 05:58

Hillary is quick to condemn President Bush's commutation of Scooter Libby's jail term, stating that "Today's decision is yet another example that this Administration simply considers itself above the law."

Nonwithstanding the fact that the president has the absolute legal right to pardon or commute any sentence, including Scooter Libby's, where was Hillary, and all the other Democrats, when Bill Clinton pardoned Marc Rich?
