Cell Phone Holdouts: It's Not 1990 Anymore

Submitted by Paul, Jul 1, 2007 23:55

I wish these devices never came into use. I personally don't like them very much. They are a dangerous distraction while driving and the prices for these things are through the roof. The world is getting too carried away with all these 'mobile solutuions' like blackberries and iphones. I work in IT and can see the headaches these new pieces of junk bring. Yeah, technology is good, but too much of it, as with anything else, can bring on more problems than it solves.

After putting up with these crooked cell phone providers, I just told them to shove it, bought myself a gray NOKIA prepaid phone with nothing fancy and use it only when I am moving around and for emergencies. I ended up saving myself aggravation and $$$.
