The justices simply recognized that this is not 1954. Good education does not depend on the race of the teacher or the student sitting next to you. It must be the objective of every school district to provide a quality education across the board so which school you attend has nothing to do with the quality of your education. By the way, has there ever been a study verifying the efficacy of diversity?
