"The way to stop discrmination based on race, is to stop discrimination based on race." It's a very succinct quote. I wonder if he will be carrying that same logic forward when it comes to issues of discrimination based on sexual orientation.

The way to stop discrimination based on sexual orientation is to stop discrimination based on sexual orientation. It has a nice ring to it, but. somehow I don't think I'm going to be hearing those words coming from the Chief Justice's mouth.

Don't Ask, Don't Tell would become a thing of the past. Gay marriage would be a fait accompli.

Prove me wrong Justice Roberts, prove me wrong, please.
