Parents Lose in Court Case on Cell Phones
in response to reader comment: Yes or no to ban on cell phones in school?

Submitted by Kathleen H., Jun 22, 2007 13:28

Cell phones are not only a source of cheating in the classroom, they are a major distraction that hinders quality education. In addition, why should schools be responsible for collecting them at the door at the start of the day. The no cell phone policy makes it easy. If it is seen by a staff member, it goes away. Straight forward rules like this are simple.
