As usual, Alicia Colon makes her astute observations about Mayor Bloomberg and reconfirms her Conservative credentials. However, I believe that she misreads the Mayor's motivating force. Like the kid in the sand-lot who owns all the toys, he sees politics similiarily. I think he's just having fun.
