Panel of Three To Rule if Libby Can Avoid Jail

Good luck to Libby. First, Bush appointed Fitzgerald as special persecutor. Then he's sentenced by a judge that Bush appointed. The judge used sentencing guidelines that republicans were all for many years ago. The Trifecta!

Libby is going to to cooler unless Bush commutes the sentence while Libby fights his way through the appeals process. Each succeeding level of which is going to either uphold the sentence or else refuse to rule on it and return it to the next lower echelon.

Bush and the republicans did this to Libby by way of a series of actions that had unintended consequences. Unfortunately, nobody is going to bend over backwards to help him out. I hope his book sells well.
