Bllomberg's plan smacks of elitism. Only the wealthy would be able to drive their cars into Manhattan so this is really a ban on the poor and middle class. The trans fat and smoking bans show that he has a messiah complex. I am glad that he is leaving the republican party. Perhaps he would have been happier living in another time like France in the 18th century where he could have been a "benevolent" despot. Orwell was wrong, it was never Big Brother it is Big Mother.
