How has anything changed? Bundling of donations! Linkage of one bill to another! Soon to be higher taxes! And bills that all agree upon that will never see the light of day because the "big 3" don't agree. Here's a concept, let the voters decide, allow bills to go to the floor and actually be debated. On pay raises; let the legislature make their beds, give the judges their raise and those legislators who didn't deserve a raise will be voted out of office. Those who we like will be justly rewarded. Spitzer has 4 days to show that things have actually changed, deals reached after the 21st simply show us that nothing has changed and day 1 is long gone!
