There was no internicene violence between Hamas and Fatah until the day after the US announced they were funding the expansion of the Presidential Guard. America has had its fingerprints all over this conflict since then. And why is the Presidential Guard in Lebanon? Inquiring minds want to know. Does the press have the slightest bit of curiosity or do they just digest and print?

Abrams and Dayton were both involved in the Iran/Contra debacle. This has resmbled Nicaragua and El Salvador for quite some time now.

Any journalist who is stunned should get out of the business and make way for people who don't just parrot press releases without exercising one iota of critical thinking.

The American press is a disgrace. I figured this out months ago. Where were you? Bet they find and release Alan Johnston too.......follow that to its logical conclusion if you can.
