I love this idea. Mr. Bloomberg, way to be open to great ideas, which improve the quality of life for New Yorkers. Don't fence us out- is back (I loved those old commercials). This is an action that optimizes the use of community resources, promotes exercise, health, walkability, and neighborhood connectivity and awareness.
