Where did I hear "raise taxes only on those earning 200,000 per year." I remember, it was Bill Clinton in 1992 when he said we will only be raising taxes on the rich, those earning 200,000 or more per year. When all was said and done, it turns out that the "rich" were considered as those who made 36,000 per year and the tax increased affected those making only 20,000 per year. Keep socialism and the queen of socialism out of our pockets.
