I have worked with Scott at the Dept in Sacramento and I have met his family and seen both children play. It is nothing short of amazing when watching Jani play. I watched him when he was just barely walking hit the racket and my mouth was wide open of amazement. I have nothing but pure respect for Scott and Mari for being so self sacrificing for the sake of their children and seeing the bigger picture in those children and their bright future. Not only is Jani talented, he is already a hearthrob at 5. My prayers are with them in nothing but the best in their future of tennis. Wonderful article.
