LOCAL food it the thing now. Read Babara Kingsolver's new book Animal, Vegatable Miracle or any Wendell Berry book or ACRES USA and you will see that Local is not Uruguay or any place 1500 miles away. We are conserving energy, right??? Whole Foods is run by a VEGAN and has Uruguay grass fed beef but you don't have to.. We sell grass fed beef, lamb and pastured pork but not to Uruguay or to anyone more than 100 miles from our farm unless they come and pick it up.
