i feel that even though these inmates have done wrong they still deserve to be treated as the humans they are. under the stress they have everyday when they are treated inhumane that will give them even more reason to act out. alot of them are changing and just doing there time. just because some inmates are not doesn't mean the ones that are should pay for others actions!!!!
