It doesn't seem to make any difference what is in the bill, the problem seems to be what or who is in our government!

Over and over they have reinvented the same laws. Over and over they have went on to ignore them and do as they please.

Maybe we need laws to clean up the criminals in the government. Then again we already have those that are not being enforced!
