When name dropping players on one of the leagues most popular teams, you must do the research to back it up. Victor Diaz was traded almost 3 years ago to Texas, because he was so bad in the field and Mike Cameron left the team through free agency after he lost his center field position to Carlos Beltran. At this moment, well this year considering Alou is on the DL, the names thrown out there with shotty defense should have been the two aging outfielders, Alou and Shawn Green. The latter's defense is the reason the Mets lost 2 games in the NLCS last year. His defense gave up two, two-run triples to Scott Spiezio both of which were well hit balls but should have been held to doubles or even caught with minimal damage to the scoreboard.
