"...where a black despot is inflicting crimes against his own people far worse than anything the racist regime in Pretoria ever committed."

This is an extremely subjective statement to make. What about the mass shootings at the Sharpeville uprising and during the youth protests against Bantu education? The hundreds of awaiting trial prisoners who died under mysterious circumstances in prison? The numerous assassinations and bombings conducted by the Nationalist's Security Police?
