although i must say,,, i will miss the "old" Coney Island. The renovation will be great not just for nyc but for bklyn itself. Lately coney island has become boring and dangerous for our young children who would like to have an innocent good time. That neighborhood has been long overdue for a fixing up. So for that i will say that i am happy with all the memories i have of all the great family outings we had there,and look forward to the "new" coney island to share with my children and grand children.
