Support Voiced for a Giveaway of Public Apartments

Can they revoke the Nobel Prize of the guy who thought this one up? As the first poster said, developers would buy out everyone, and there would be less affordable housing to boot. Plus, most of the present tenants who get a windfall will piss away their money unless they are given some serious finanical-planning guidance. Further, considering that these people were being subsidized by taxpaper dollars, is it right to have them own their apartments? What's next -- allowing tenants of privately owned apartments to demand title to their apartments? That would be fair, no?
