Craven surrender is the mildest word for this piece. Thousands of years of Jewish yearning for the Temple Mount are to be exchanged for what? A temporary prayer permit at the Western Wall? Observant Jews are required to pray in the direction of the Temple Mount. If Israel gives it up, then religious Jews worldwide will pray in the direction of Palestine. The rump state should be renamed "Herzl" and should declare itself a secular state, soon to be under new (Islamic) ownership.
