At first I thought your editorial was mimicing Swift's, A Modest Proposal. Which, as you know, was a biting satire on English response or lack thereof to the famine in Ireland in the 1850's. But surprisingly, you are serious. What a fabulous, sensible and thoughly workable idea. The simple genius of it approaches madness. Well done
