How about the trade that sent Maz over to the Rangers for Ron Darling and Walt Terrell? To me that was one of the, if not the best trade the Mets have ever made. Not only were Darling and HoJo (aquired from Detroit for Walt Terrell) mainstays on the team for a number of years, they got Maz back through free agency at the end of the year they traded him. Just like three for none!
