Cox' suit was shot down by a Federal judge earlier today. The GOP has every right to include or not include candidates, at its discretion.

The problem is that Cox has zero name recognition after 18 months of vigorous campaigning, and he appears in NO national polling, even though some major polling outfits have said they would include his name in future polls if a handful - even as little as a dozen - volunteer his name.

He's raised less than $13,000 in a year and a half of campaigning. Truly a fringe candidate.
