Excuse me, but I seem to recall that the justice system in this country works on "innocent until proven guilty." Please have the decency to act like you're really an American, and have an inkling how the American justice is designed to work. I know you are probably thinking: tsk, tsk, such a shame that someone would want evidence or rational thought to cloud people's judgement. It's just so much easier to dunk someone in the river and if they drown, they're innocent.
