Srebrenica 1995 should never be forgotten. Particularly today while the international community stands by powerless to end the awful genocide in Darfur. What happened to the UN doctrine of "responsibilty to intervene" adopted a year ago with so much fanfare? Each time we say "never again." And yet, and yet...... .....we seem already to have forgotten that Srebrenica 1941, the same small town in the Balkans, was where Jews were massacred by the Croats in that year in the Second World War
