These facts are what I have wanted to see for so long. Maybe these could be good 'benchmarks for when to leave Iraq....that the congress is seeking.to impose on the President.
When the Washington violent death rate gets down to the same as Iraq....then the troops can start to come home. ....and fix Washington.
