Thank you Mr. Eisgrau for the additional insight on the far west mess! So much potential though buried in the beuracratical webs of many tangential agendas. Has the "playing field" really changed since 1995? I worked for a short stint at the center during the abandoning of the one block to be prepared for expansion through its sale from the CCOC to the to the CCDC. So much should and could be done for the city though "the machine" continues to thwart genuine efforts to move forward with legitimate plans.
