Carter was Smiley the Clown, and the heavily made-up Reagan was Phony the Clown: he was an even worse coward than Carter, but wore a tough cowboy expression permanently painted on his face. Bin Laden repeatedly stated that he was encouraged by Reagan's and Clinton's cowardice in running away from Beirut and Somalia respectively. Vote for Rudy!
