Rep. Ros-Lehtinen is pushing a great idea moving for more voluntary funding for U.N. programs by the United States, the "get what you pay for" sort of thing rather than just giving a percentage of money to be squandered often inefficiently or outright dishonestly by those who feel "entitled." And who came up with this great idea? JOHN BOLTON.
