As Peace Officers we all need to learn that treating people with Dignity & Respect is not only good for us with the public, but must and should start with us in-house! We know the greatest stress in police work is within the department, and these officers reflect one clear reason why! Courtesy, Professionalism and Respect--the NYPD motto--should be a way of life, within and without our department houses!
