Just because the Germany developed liquefied coal under Hitler what is wrong with exploring its potential. Germany also developed jet aircraft and missiles under Hitler. And, there was a succesful demonstration of liquefied coal in the U.S. in the early years of the Roosevelt administration. An aircraft was flown from West Virginia to Washington.
