This comes as no shock to me as I too have been made aware of Spitzer and his team. Spitzers behavior is that of one who owes many favors to those with clout while he ignores the little guy, the very same gullible little guy who put him in office, the very same little guy Spitzer claimed he would be the voice of during his campaign for NYS Governor. I reached out to Spitzer asking him to please investigate American Express and CEO Ken Chenault as it was my belief I was either swindled by this company or had the bad luck to have had an inept Financial advisor. Spitzers reply and that of his team was one of no concern.........My on going fight for justification started in 2000.

American Express ruined my life and Spitzer didn't even ask them to explain how can this be true? Can you please clear this up? Perhaps this woman is mistaken. My story is long and documented. I am 64 now and still trying to right this wrong on my own. I am so tired, I am a broken woman, I am at the end of my rope hanging by the last thread, my illnesses have mounted and so has the dollar amount I have to pay for these medications I don't know how much more i can take. I know this ordeal has so shortened my life...........

A while back it came to my attention American Express and Ken Chenault were finally get ting the bad press they rendered, however it never made headline news and it was stuck somewhere in out of town news papers. One such article involved murders and perhaps suicide of 2 Ex American Express financial advisors and their daughter. This horrendous story produced numerous little investors to come out and tell of their own heartache bestowed upon them by American Express. These lengthy articles were printed in a Florida newspaper on July 25 , 2006. I have copies of both of these articles. Both of which I sent to Ken Chenault and Eliot Spitzer .......... of course to no avail . You see I am a little guy , I am an older woman, nearing poverty thanks to this duo. I have no clout so who the heck would be interested in what i had to say , who would care if I lived or died certainly not Chenault and for sure not Spitzer.

Then I found more stories, more letters and class action suits galore against what I renamed>

The Very Un -American Express! I called the Wall Street Journal in desperation. I can no longer afford to be anonymous. I am ill beyond belief, and on the brink of poverty, needless to say, my nerves are shot. I/we have to expose this undesirable duo! Chenault and Spitzer need to be asked questions out in the open, front page news!

The Wall Street Journal has no interest in my human interest story or of my plight and could not care less who killed whom in Florida, even though the article has numerous old timers all saying the same thing, we were taken in and robbed of our penisons and life savings, we lost our homes all we had for that rainy day, all we had to retire on in peace. They went on to say they were lied to double talked by American Express, they even went so far to say one of the advisors cracked and said he was under pressure by american express to push and lie to these poor unsuspecting people and so he had to resign. This man was found dead along with his wife (who took over for him @american express when he had to step down ) and their young child..........

This is the man Eliot Spitzer has on his team>KENNETH CHENAULT CEO of American Express ;- People wake up please we need to clean house don't let this happen to you.........
