Corzine's Car Was Speeding

'thrown into the backseat on impact because of no seat belt.' not so. the car was sideways with the passenger's side facing forward. it had to be that the impact with the guard rail propelled him to the back seat after breaking his sternum, and twelve ribs along with his leg. had he had a seat belt on he would have been penned and crushed - a rare instance where the lack of a seat belt was a very good thing. in addition, the trooper was riding in the blind spot of the white truck ahead of him and to his right. the trooper was asking for it. the way it happened according to the nj state police was nonsense. what are they trying to cover up - incompetence on their part, maybe?
