Storm Spurs Talk of Climate Shift

There's climate change, all right. This "April" has been an extension of March, and thus far has been the coldest April in my lifetime. But even if we had a foot of snow with this storm (which is not unheard of in April, remember 1982?), the idiotic global warming cheerleaders would still be out in force, perhaps dressed as polar bears this time.

According to Joe Bastardi of AccuWeather and others, the stratosphere in the polar regions has cooled 2 degrees Celsius (that's 3.6 degrees Fahrenheit) a decade for the past quarter-century or so. Cooler air sinks, which compresses the air beneath it, temporarily causing warming. Eventually, however, the lower atmosphere will become cooler, due to simple conduction.

Enjoy this "warming" while it lasts, Luddite lefties. Or move to Paris, it was 81 degrees there yesterday. France is the perfect place for you. And be sure to rent a copy of "The Day After Tomorrow" (with English subtitles, of course).
